The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wo88 platform, operated at wo88.app. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any wo88 service. By creating a wo88 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of match manipulation are strictly prohibited. wo88 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific offer terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Documents accepted include Malaysian MyKad, passport, and recent utility bills. Processing times may vary depending on submission completeness.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a wo88 account and access any gaming services on the Platform. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the wo88 Platform in compliance with all applicable local laws. wo88 assumes no liability for Member access in jurisdictions where such activities are restricted or illegal.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your MyKad or passport, a valid Malaysian mobile phone number, and a current email address. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) wo88 account. wo88 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, wo88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets placed through those accounts.
2.5 Account Approval. wo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Registration does not constitute a binding contract until wo88 has approved the account by electronic notification.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your wo88 account. wo88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify wo88 immediately via the official live chat support channel. wo88 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification.
3.3 No Account Sharing. Your wo88 account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any other person — is your responsibility.
3.4 Device and Access Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing wo88. wo88 recommends enabling 2FA and avoiding public Wi-Fi for financial transactions.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the wo88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wo88 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. wo88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank IBG. wo88 may add or remove payment channels at its discretion and without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment channel and Member verification tier.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending identity confirmation. wo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation if required to satisfy its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. wo88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help section of the Platform. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required. wo88 does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.6 Funds Source. By depositing, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. wo88 cooperates with applicable authorities in cases of suspected money laundering or fraud.
5.1 General. wo88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and incentive programmes to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category.
5.3 Abuse. wo88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional funds — and any winnings derived from them — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
5.4 Withdrawal of Offers. wo88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already met all applicable terms of a promotion prior to its withdrawal shall not be affected by subsequent changes.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation is issued by the wo88 Platform. wo88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing reasons.
6.2 Errors and System Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, wo88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes. wo88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from genuine system errors.
6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond permitted parameters, integrity concerns, data errors, and Force Majeure events. Voided bets are refunded as stake to the Member's account.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are settled on the basis of the official result at the time the event is concluded. Bets placed after the official conclusion of an event — whether as a result of delay in the Platform's data feed or any other reason — may be voided by wo88 at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wo88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the offending account, void all bets, and withhold all balances pending investigation:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the wo88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and databases — is the intellectual property of wo88 or its licensor partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. wo88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership of the Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the wo88 Platform without wo88's prior written consent.
9.1 Platform Availability. wo88 endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a continuous basis but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and Force Majeure events may temporarily affect availability. wo88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses from gaming activity.
9.3 Gaming Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all bets placed on wo88 may result in a total loss of staked funds. wo88 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. You confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and without reliance on any outcome.
10.1 By wo88. wo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account — with or without prior notice — if it determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (c) KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable time; or (d) applicable law or regulatory obligations require it.
10.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for breach, any pending bets may be voided and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and subject to applicable set-off against wo88's claims. Balances on legitimately closed accounts (closed on the Member's own request and in good standing) will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method.
10.3 By Member. You may request account closure at any time by contacting wo88 live chat support. Before closing, all active bets will be settled at their natural conclusion. wo88 will process any remaining balance to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeline.
11.1 Commitment. wo88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options are available to all Members from the Account Settings dashboard.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting wo88 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — this restriction is intentional and exists to protect Members from impulsive reversal decisions.
11.3 Age Restriction. wo88 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. If wo88 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Member is under 21, it will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed since registration, and return deposited funds (net of any winnings withdrawn) to the source of payment.
wo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wo88 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wo88 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through wo88's internal dispute process first. You may contact wo88 support with a detailed description of your dispute. wo88 will provide a written response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
13.3 Independent Arbitration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through wo88's internal process, Members may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by wo88's gaming authority licence. The decision of the independent arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided, the English version shall prevail.
